RETURNS AND CREDIT CARD POLICY

Flameless Candles Sydney should be notified as soon as possible of any returns.

This is usually within 24 hours of delivery.  Returns should be made within 14 days after receiving your goods.

 

To be eligible for a return, the following should apply:

• Faulty item

• Damaged in transit

• Wrong product received

 

All items should be returned in original packaging.

 

Refunds will be credited to the credit card used for the initial purchase.
